By now, I took a closer look at the films. However, today I want to bring you closer to the story of the series, which you should have already associated from 1981.
- – Grant Show as Blake Carrington
- – Elizabeth Gillies as Fallon Carrington
- – James Mackay as Steven Carrington
- – Nathalie Kelley as Cristal Flores
- – Alan Dale as Joseph Anders
“History of the ups and downs of the Carrington family members. The big business world, spreading out in the hard realities, intertwine with complicated love stories.”
I know it sounds like description of a trashy drama series, but suprisingly, it is not!
Actually, it follows America’s wealthiest family – Carrington’s as they feud for control over their fortune with Colby’s family – the second most important family.
With each following episode the action becomes more interesting. Dramatic threads, expressive heroes (Fallon, Alexis), mass of intrigues and manipulations – dark sides of being a member of this family form spectacular atmosphere. Noteworthy are also the outfits, interior design, jewelry – everything that accompanies the rich every day..
Out of hand, I can tell that the directors did their best to meet the task of rebooting such well-remembered soap opera.
I hope you will say the same as you see it.
See you soon,
